Purchasing

Receive and process purchasing requests from internal departments.

Plan purchasing activities based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.

Request quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Prepare and monitor purchase orders/contracts.

Track delivery progress and resolve delays or unexpected issues.

Monitor purchasing costs in accordance with the approved budget.

Coordinate with the accounting team regarding supplier payments and related documentation.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.

Develop and update the strategic supplier list.

Compare pricing, product quality, and commercial terms among suppliers.

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

Propose supplier replacement when quality or pricing is no longer competitive.

Logistics & Coordination

Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.

Prepare and provide required shipping documents and product information to freight forwarders for import procedures.

Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inbound, outbound, and inventory records.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities when required.

Handle and follow up logistics-related issues, including shipment delays and delivery discrepancies.

Monitor logistics costs and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare purchasing and logistics-related reports as required.

Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.

Propose process improvement ideas to enhance procurement and coordination efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Import-Export, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or logistics coordination.

Experience working with international suppliers is preferred.

Good command of Business English (especially reading and written communication).

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
