Core Responsibilities

Sourcing To Understand the business needs and provides supply and sourcing strategies in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements.



  • Collaborating with the sourcing team to gather supplier information.
  • Evaluating bids and proposals from potential vendors.
  • Conducting market research and supplier analysis to assess capabilities and suitability.
  • Participating in supplier negotiations for favorable terms and pricing.
  • RFx coordination
  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of RFx (Request for X) activities.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of RFx documents to suppliers.
  • Support to CAPEX Category Buyer on Global Sourcing Events

Negotiation & Cost analysis To drive quotes and cost analysis and breakdown for negotiation, price adjustments by cost drivers and to create a healthy competitiveness environment.

Contract Management



  • Maintaining documentation and records related to sourcing activities in CAPEX MRO categories.
  • Managing supplier contracts, agreements, and performance metrics in MRO.

Purchase Order Management




  • Placing purchase requisitions and updating PO in Coupa based on operational needs.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in purchase orders.

Productivity & Continuous Improvement


To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing saving to the business and workload reduction.

Data Reporting



  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards for purchase order status.

Procure-to-Pay Process




  • Supporting the successful execution of the Procure-to-Pay process.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely payment and accurate documentation.
  • Providing necessary information for goods receipt by end-users.

Do you have what it takes



  • Bachelor's in Business Management, ideally in Supply Chain, Legal, or Finance
  • Prefered to have at least 2-3 years in Procurement, focusing on Indirect or MRO categories
  • Experience in global and local collaboration
  • Decision-making Assess, analyze, and resolve using tools like RAID
  • Stakeholder Management Map and communicate effectively for strong relationships
  • Risk Management Use analytical tools for contingency planning
  • Prioritization and goal-setting skills
  • Teamwork Collaborative, one-team mindset
  • Result-Oriented Driven to achieve clear, measurable outcomes
  • Innovation Propose new ideas to improve processes and results
  • Customer-Focused Support internal customers and business partners
  • Strategic Operation Align priorities with strategy, balance operational needs
