About The Team

The QA/QC Procurement ensures that all sourced goods, services, and suppliers comply with the company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and procurement policies. This role works closely with Category Managers, Finance, Legal, and Operations to manage supplier onboarding, contract compliance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality controls across the procurement lifecycle.

Job Description

Supplier Quality & Compliance

  • Support supplier qualification process document review, certifications, regulatory compliance checks
  • Maintain and update supplier approval master list
  • Conduct periodic supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements in sourcing events (RFQ/RFP), contracts, and purchase orders

Contract & Policy Governance

  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies, SLAs, contract pricing terms, and KPI commitments
  • Ensure that quality and compliance data is accurately recorded and retained for audits
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Maintain contract/price databases and procurement repository
  • Develop and maintain standardized supplier performance scorecards (quality, delivery, cost, compliance)
  • Analyze trends in quality issues and coordinate remediation plans
  • Provide regular QA/QC reports and insights for leadership and category teams

Process Improvement & Training

  • Assist in SOP development and continuous improvement of procurement controls
  • Conduct training for internal stakeholders on procurement QA/QC and compliance standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and tools, i.e. digitalization and automation efforts for quality workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years experience in procurement governance, QA/QC, internal audit, or supply chain compliance (fresh grads with QA background considered)
