Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to drive data-driven purchasing decisions, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency for the Procurement team. This role combines procurement analysis, operations execution, and process optimization, with a strong focus on IT equipment purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze purchasing data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore centralized purchasing models, cost optimization opportunities, and effective order management.
  • Propose, improve, and optimize procurement-related processes and internal systems.
  • Manage IT equipment procurement, including order processing, vendor evaluation and selection, price negotiation, and accounts payable coordination.
  • Handle urgent purchasing requests by verifying technical specifications, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring optimal cost and timeline.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement data analysis, reporting, and cost optimization to support decision-making.
  • Ability to build budgets, conduct cost analysis, and recommend suitable product solutions based on departmental or project needs.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end purchasing, from simple to complex orders, including urgent and ad-hoc requests.
  • Strong skills in price negotiation, commercial terms, vendor evaluation, and supplier management.
  • Proven ability to control costs, delivery timelines, and quality of goods/services.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, Accounting, and Operations to execute procurement and improve processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and drive process and system improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
