Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management

  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to support cost-effective purchasing.
  • Analyze purchasing requirements based on operational needs and inventory plans.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, quality, and cost management.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Support risk management initiatives to ensure continuity of supply.

Import & Export Operations

  • Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, including shipping and customs-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with customs requirements, international trade regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping providers, and relevant authorities.
  • Arrange and monitor international shipments via sea, air, and land transportation.
  • Track shipment progress and resolve issues related to logistics, documentation, or customs clearance.
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding shipment schedules and order status.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Monitor procurement, freight, duty, and related logistics costs.
  • Prepare reports on procurement and import/export activities.
  • Recommend process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and other stakeholders to support business operations and ensure supply continuity.

Other Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Native - level Vietnamese skills required.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in procurement, import/export, logistics, supply chain, or related functions is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to achieving results.
