Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to support cost-effective purchasing.
- Analyze purchasing requirements based on operational needs and inventory plans.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier records.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, quality, and cost management.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support risk management initiatives to ensure continuity of supply.
Import & Export Operations
- Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, including shipping and customs-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, international trade regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping providers, and relevant authorities.
- Arrange and monitor international shipments via sea, air, and land transportation.
- Track shipment progress and resolve issues related to logistics, documentation, or customs clearance.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding shipment schedules and order status.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.
Cost Control & Reporting
- Monitor procurement, freight, duty, and related logistics costs.
- Prepare reports on procurement and import/export activities.
- Recommend process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and other stakeholders to support business operations and ensure supply continuity.
Other Duties
- Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Native - level Vietnamese skills required.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in procurement, import/export, logistics, supply chain, or related functions is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to achieving results.
