Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end PR to PO cycle: review, validate purchase requisitions (PRs), create and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Execute low-value sourcing activities: obtain quotations, perform basic evaluation, and validate Scope of Work (SOW).
- Monitor delivery progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure timely Goods Receipt (GR) or Service Confirmation.
- Support preparation of import documentation for customs clearance when required.
- Ensure full compliance with Procurement Policy, Matrix of Authority (MOA), and Contract SOP.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports, including KPI tracking and performance analysis.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation system to support internal control and audit requirements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and other procurement systems
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
