Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans aligned with budgets and operational needs.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; manage procurement categories, contracts, standardization, and safety stock.
Coordinate logistics and distribution between suppliers, warehouses, and operational sites; monitor delivery risks and discrepancies.
Establish supplier performance evaluation; conduct reviews, recommend improvements or replacements, and maintain backup suppliers.
Manage procurement budget, analyze price trends, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Standardize procurement and logistics processes according to internal policies and Vietnamese regulations; maintain accurate documentation and coordinate payments with Finance.
Drive continuous improvement, prepare reports, and report supply risks to the Board.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: 57 years in procurement, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Language: Fluent English.
Hard Skills: Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management, relevant certifications preferred; proficient in MS Office; capable of managing supplier and inventory data.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, systematic thinking, and cross-department coordination skills.
Management: Leadership skills to manage teams, organize work, and develop staff capabilities.
