1. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Supplier Selection: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of the most suitable suppliers/contractors for specialized categories: Marketing (POSM, Agencies, Gifts), Logistics (Transport, 3PL), Factory Services, and IT Infrastructure.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key vendors while conducting periodic performance reviews based on quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Negotiation & Contract Excellence
- Commercial Negotiation: Directly lead high-value negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing structures, and payment conditions.
- Service Level Management: Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure all contractors meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements, specifically for factory maintenance and construction projects.
3. Category Management & Operational Oversight
- Marketing & POSM: Partner with the Marketing department to manage the procurement of promotional gifts, ensuring brand consistency and cost efficiency.
- Logistics & Facility Services: Oversee procurement for warehousing, transportation, and essential plant services (canteen, security, industrial cleaning) for both Cu Chi and Ba Vi factories.
- Corporate & IT Services: Manage the procurement life cycle for IT hardware, software licenses, and general office operations to ensure business continuity.
- Systems Compliance: Ensure all purchasing entries in SAP and physical documentation are accurately managed and audit-ready.
4. Leadership & Financial Control
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 subordinates. Set clear KPIs, provide professional coaching, and oversee their daily sourcing activities.
- Spend Analysis: Perform data-driven analysis on spending patterns, budgeting, financial planning, and structural cost reduction.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement statistics, actual vs. budget savings, and monthly activity highlights for the Board of Management.
Requirements:
1. Education level: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance
2. Year of Experience: At least 5 - 7 years experience in the same position. Having experience in an FMCG company is preferred.
3. Other skills
- Fluent in English, Excel, and MS Office
- Able to make frequent trips to other cities as required.
- Strong in analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Good skills in project management and leadership.

*Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings (flexible WFH).
