Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and supply management of our agricultural raw materials and packaging inputs. As our production demands and order volumes scale up, your primary mission will be to guarantee an uninterrupted, stable supply chain while optimizing costs and mitigating market risks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Assurance & Capacity Management
- Ensure a stable, continuous, and timely supply of agricultural raw materials and packaging inputs to fully support increasing production demands and growing order volumes.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified suppliers and farmers to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with Production and Warehouse teams to align supply with demand forecasts.
2. Cost Optimization & Strategic Sourcing
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the supply base, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Benchmark market prices for agricultural commodities and packaging materials to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to improve quality while driving cost-saving KPIs.
3. Risk Mitigation & Flexibility
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard against supply chain disruptions (e.g., crop failures, seasonal volatility, logistics delays).
- Establish backup sourcing channels and contingency plans for critical materials.
- Be ready and willing to travel frequently (domestic/regional) to visit farms, processing plants, and supplier facilities to audit quality and secure supply.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular data-driven reports, market insights, and procurement KPIs directly to the Procurement Director.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (QC, Production, Finance) and external partners.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Experience in Agricultural Commodities, F&B, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and commodity price fluctuations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required for reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Mobility: High flexibility and willingness to travel for field trips and supplier visits.
