Work Location Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Core Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day procurement administration activities across all direct & indirect categories and MRO.
- Support procurement team with onboarding process of new suppliers.
- Support to local procurement and internal stakeholders to maintain supplier & contract database, create Purchase Order.
- Set up meetings and aligned agenda with procurement team.
- Contract and PO compliance Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders.
- Other admin supportive tasks to be discussed and aligned according to current needs.
- Identify and create potential catalogues in COUPA system.

Be part of the local procurement team to support the LEGO investment and ensure that procurement get embedded into the new organization.
We emphasize building strong relations to our business partners and support them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements such as safety, quality, ethical manner and in the level competitive price.
This position exists to support all the commercial aspects with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of Indirect materials and services to LMV on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our internal customers and stakeholders.
Main challenges for this position are to admin & maintain procurement database, PO & procurement policy, to support local procurement team and to bring new ideas / improvements into the processes.
Our aim is to have strong stakeholder management. As we are global team we have to ensure that we work closely with our key stakeholders.
This position seeks for Effective & Efficient intern who wants to learn new things, be part of startup of new factory & procurement team locally and focus on
- Improve Compliance (Secure best practice on contracts and processes everything under contract)
- Increase Value Add (simplify processes, bring new ideas and scouting on the market)
- Improve Partner Promise (Be proactive)
Do you have what it takes
- Prefer candidates who are final-year students from the University (relevant majors Economics/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics... will be an advantage)
- Strong command of English
- Ability to participate as a full-time intern in 6 months.

- The ideal candidates are preferred to have experiences in driving projects
