Job Description

Take ownership of sourcing and expanding the supplier database for project-related items, restaurant equipment and supplies, and toy products.
Source and select strategic products through catalog review and quotation analysis.
Negotiate contracts and establish strong partnerships with new suppliers.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and competitor offerings to support purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high product quality.
Plan, select, and procure appropriate quantities of goods; issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers accordingly.
Oversee payment processing and monitor supplier delivery performance
