Job Purpose:
The Process & System Executive – Procurement is responsible for driving operational excellence in
procurement by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of key systems, processes, and
data across pricing, contract management, and sourcing activities.
The role plays a critical part in managing pricing setup for production and POSM items, acting as a key
user for operational contracts (including SKU/item code governance), and supporting supplier-related
processes to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
In addition, the position contributes to internal and external audit coordination, supports local sourcing
initiatives (e.g., utilities and chemicals), and administers procurement-related systems (e.g., EPR,
Can2Can), ensuring data integrity and process standardization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Supplier & Contract Managemen
t- Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and lifecycle (documentation, due diligence, system setup) ensuring data accuracy and completenes
s- Maintain and update SRM contracts in line with approved commercial terms and validit
y- Own pricing setup in SRM/JDE (Production & POSM), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract
s- Monitor and ensure contract and pricing compliance, proactively flagging and resolving deviation
s- Support supplier performance tracking and recommend actions based on compliance and performance dat
a2. Chemical and Utilities Sourcing & Audit readines
s- Support local sourcing activities for chemicals and utilities, including supplier coordination, pricing input, and contract executio
n- Ensure all sourcing activities are aligned with approved procurement policies and commercial framewor
k- Maintain accurate documentation and pricing/contract records to support audit requirement
s- Coordinate and support internal & external audits, providing complete and timely informatio
n3.Key User Contract Procurement Syste
m- Contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
.- Aligning with procurement priorities and sustainability goals, ensuring consistency with overall team objectives
.- Proactively build personal capabilities through training, coaching, and on-the-job learning
