Role Description
We are looking for a Mid-Level Procurement Executive to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead cost-saving initiatives. The successful candidate will have at
least 2 years of procurement experience, a solid understanding of procurement processes,
and excellent negotiation skills. This role involves analyzing procurement data, developing
strategies for cost reduction, and ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with the
company's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Supplier Selection: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source and procure retail marketing materials (POSM, print, and premiums) across market.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and supplier.
- Project Tracking: Oversee supplier production schedules and SLA compliance while maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure project visibility and control.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues, ensuring minimal impact on project.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams and supplier to ensure technical specifications are met and are aligned.
- Reporting: Assist the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager in preparing supplier performance, spend analysis, savings reports.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to guidelines and procurement policies in all activities.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, tools, and supplier relationships.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on critical project.
- Communication: Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Resilience: Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple high- priority tasks simultaneously.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercially aware and capable of managing complex budgets, achieving cost-savings targets, and maintaining rate card accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in POSM, print, or marketing production.
- Familiarity with print production, POSM, Premiums, Creative, and/or digital procurement platforms is essential.
- Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and SLA compliance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills (spend analysis, cost savings).
- Good understanding of procurement policies and compliance.
- Fluency in English and local language.
