Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement activities for health supplements. This on-site role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- The primary responsibilities include managing purchase orders, overseeing procurement processes, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- The Procurement Executive will also be expected to maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performances to ensure compliance with quality and budget expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier options and making cost-effective decisions
- Excellent Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese for liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in vitamin, health supplement procurement, medical devices or others relevant products is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree a related field.
