Job Description
The Successful Applicant

• Procurement Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute a group-wide procurement strategy aligned with Group's growth, margin, and sustainability objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing procurement and sourcing teams across regions.
• Establish best-in-class procurement governance, policies, and controls.
• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for all direct and indirect spend categories.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key global and regional suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance management using KPIs on cost, quality, service, compliance, and innovation.
• Cost Optimization & Value Creation
• Deliver cost savings, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives without compromising food safety or brand standards.
• Lead annual cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for procurement spend.
• Support margin improvement through should-cost analysis, demand aggregation, and sourcing synergies.
  
  

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

MBA or relevant professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) preferred

Experience

12-18+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience

Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role managing multi-category, multi-market sourcing

Strong background in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management

Technical & Professional Skills

Deep understanding of food ingredient sourcing, packaging, and food safety requirements

Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills

Experience with ERP / procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

Excellent analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills
