Job Description


Procurement Buyer (Equipment & Direct Material)

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and control purchasing activities for equipment, spare parts, toolings and direct materials based on PR/PO, MRP, and production requirements.
  • Ensure on-time delivery while securing the best pricing, payment terms, and lead time.
  • Analyze material demand, inventory levels, and supply risks to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with customers when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; conduct regular performance evaluations to improve delivery, quality, and service.
  • Support supplier capacity analysis, BCP, and supply chain risk management.
  • Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (any major).
  • At least 3–5 years of procurement experience (experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred).
  • Experience in equipment purchasing or direct materials (electronic components).
  • Good English communication skills (speaking, listening, writing).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Good teamwork, communication, and proactive learning attitude.
  • High integrity, accountability, and willingness to grow in procurement career.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
