Execute the purchasing process: source, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to optimize costs while ensuring quality.
Monitor delivery schedules and handle issues related to purchase orders.
Manage procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal regulations

Job Requirements

College degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical, data consolidation, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Preference for candidates with experience using ERP systems, Power BI, or other data analytics and AI tools.
Experience with procurement software is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preference for candidates holding relevant certifications (e.g., contract negotiation, procurement-related certifications).
