About the Employee Experience Team
The Employee Experience (EEX) team at GHN is responsible for designing, executing, and measuring initiatives that enhance employee experience across the employee lifecycle. The team operates with a strong data-driven mindset, focusing on real operational impact and consistent execution across business units.
Job Summary
The Processing & Data Analyst is responsible for managing, operating, and optimizing data processing flows related to operations, business, and HR. The role ensures that data is accurate, timely, consistent, and easily accessible.
This position plays a critical role in transforming data into insights that support leadership decision-making and the development of internal platforms, particularly the HR System.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Processing & Operations
- Manage, operate, and monitor data processing flows related to operations, business, and HR.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Define and maintain data standards, baselines, control mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational, business, and HR data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of performance dashboards (KPIs, SLA, Engagement, Attrition, Onboarding, etc.).
3. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Proactively propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize costs.
- Standardize SOPs and documentation related to data processing and usage.
- Identify data-related risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Platform teams to clarify data needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear reporting, analytics, and insight deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between execution teams (Senior / Operations) and platform or product development teams.
Qualifications
(*) Experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, or equivalent roles.
- Experience working with operational, business, or HR data is a strong advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Logistics/Express or large-scale organizations are preferred.
(*) Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data processing.
- Logical, structured analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to different stakeholder levels.
- Experience with BI and dashboard tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
