Position Summary
- Setup parameter for process equipment.
- Resolve problem and maintenance process equipment, process fixture as schedule.
- Support and resolve problem regarding to technical on production process.
- Follow up with improvement projects as assignment from Engineer.
- Create eMOI for new product
- Training Operator
- The PCB Process Technician supports the daily operation
- Operate and monitor equipment such as SMT pick-and-place, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, and selective soldering systems.
- Perform solder paste inspection, stencil cleaning, and machine setup/changeover.
- Assist with line troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve yields.
- Support first article builds and process validation for new products.
- Collect data on process performance and assist engineers with yield and defect analysis.
- Follow IPC-A-610 standards for visual inspection and quality control.
- Maintain ESD-safe working conditions and handle components appropriately.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Involve in complete a variety of equipment, production line issue support
- Initiatives and handle a variety of engineering issues.
- Deal with a variety of technical problems.
- Maintain equipment, tool jig, process.
Qualifications
- Graduated College / University degree in Mechatronics / Electric Electronics / Technical.
- Problem-solving skill / Teamwork skill.
- Use proficient Autocad 2D, Microsoft office.
- Can read and understand technical document / technical drawing.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Process Technician in the power supply factory .
