Process Technician

Role Description

• Set up and optimize parameters for testing equipment and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and maintain testing equipment, fixtures, and production tools according to schedule.
• Support production in resolving technical and process-related issues.
• Follow up and implement improvement projects assigned by Engineers.
• Support equipment and production line activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze and solve daily engineering and technical issues.
• Maintain equipment, jigs, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or related Technical fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Electronics & Semiconductor industries or similar manufacturing environments.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and technical documents.
• English proficiency at intermediate level, especially in reading technical documents and communication.
