Responsibilities

• Propose software development and testing processes tailored to project requirements based on Agile, ISO, or CMMI models.
• Provide guidelines and templates to ensure project quality.
• Monitor and ensure teams strictly follow the approved processes in all projects and departments.
• Adjust and improve processes to better fit project needs and enhance output quality.
• Issue alerts, recommendations, and solutions regarding delays, potential risks, and emerging issues in ongoing or upcoming projects.
• Collect and analyze data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on software quality control for Project Managers (PMs) and Division Managers.
• Support PMs during project initiation, execution, and closing; monitor project progress, conduct quality reviews before client delivery, and prepare quality improvement plans.
• Train new staff on company processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a QA in software outsourcing or development companies.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply standards such as CMMI, ISO 27000, and ISO 9000.
• Proficient in English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, time management, planning, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Logical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive in seeking learning opportunities beyond assigned responsibilities.
