Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Process Quality Assurance/Quality Control (IT) professional is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of IT processes, identifying and addressing inefficiencies in business workflows, providing training to improve adherence to quality standards, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure processes meet organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement quality assurance strategies and maintain a high level of customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and identify areas of improvement
- Experience in Business Process Improvement to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to understand and meet client or internal expectations
- Capability in Training and mentoring staff on quality assurance protocols and processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to quality control processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar quality assurance or control role will be an advantage
