Lead full-cycle management of the Manufacturing Engineering team, establish and continuously improve manufacturing process systems, streamline workflows, and define departmental KPIs.
Drive systematic improvements in production processes and technologies to increase yield and enhance product quality.
Lead end-to-end layout planning, design, build, commissioning, ramp-up, and capacity scaling for new production lines.
Manage the entire life cycle of new products—from initial ramp to mass production—covering process, technology, equipment, tooling, and test solutions; conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and on-site customer technical troubleshooting.
Guide teams in cost accounting, cost-reduction initiatives, and validation of savings.
Champion and execute factory automation, smart-manufacturing, and lean improvement projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
Proven track record of end-to-end program management with strong risk identification/mitigation skills and the ability to craft efficiency strategies.
