Process Engineer

Job description:

Set, monitor, and adjust operational parameters across production stages to ensure stable performance and cost efficiency.

Analyze quality-related costs to identify losses and improvement opportunities.

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and minimize defects in production.

Supervise, analyze, and execute energy-saving projects related to LPG and electricity consumption.

Lead experimental production trials (materials, additives, equipment parameters, etc.) within the plant.

Participate in new product development projects, including formula design, lab testing, and on-site trials.

Contribute to factory cost-saving initiatives.

Collaborate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and provide quality feedback for continuous improvement.

Job requirement:

Knowledge / Experience / Expertise:

Proficient in English communication.

Skilled in Word, Excel (including VBA), and PowerPoint.

Experience working in manufacturing plants.

Proficient in problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.

Experience in process control at multinational companies is a plus.

Knowledge of energy sectors such as oil and electricity is preferred.

General understanding of gypsum is an advantage.
