The Process Engineer Executive supports the Head of Process Excellence in documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role focuses on executing process mapping, digitalization initiatives, and improvement projects to drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and facilitate sustainable growth across departments.
Responsibilities
- Document and map existing processes, including steps, inputs, outputs, and RACI matrices
- Validate current processes through cross-checks, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements
- Assess process maturity levels and contribute to roadmaps for improvement.
- Create detailed process maps and identify digitalization opportunities
- Support RACI framework implementation and monitor process adherence
- Collaborate on change management and training for process updates
Requirements/Specifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
- Experience with process documentation, mapping, and digital tools (Eg. Automation, ERP, integration)
Work-related skills:
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and digital transformation techniques.
- Proficiency in process design, measurement, and improvement tools
- Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Understanding of business operations (FMCG, Manufacturing, Sales, SC, MKT)
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
