Job Purpose:
Responsible for process development, process control, and process improvement of liquid cooling products. Responsibility includes process formulation, product trial production verification, production data collection and analysis, failure analysis and prevention, production efficiency, capacity improvement, etc.

Lot CN2-4, Yen Phong IP (extension area), Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the process development, trial production verification, and process management of liquid cooling products, including the design and manufacture of fixtures, product trial production verification, process standard formulation, and optimization;
- Use IE methods and tools to guide workshops to implement on-site improvement projects, promote standardization and continuous improvement of production processes, and promote regional production efficiency;
- Responsible for analyzing the causes of product quality problems in the process, formulating corrective and preventive measures for process problems, and eliminating the recurrence of similar problems.
- Completed continuous improvement projects for potential areas for increased production, recovery, and grade.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Improved consistency of hard aluminum tool/jig plate milling operation through implementation of SPC, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and sales.
- Knowledge about metal soldering, vacuum brazing for SUS, Copper, and Aluminium material process
- Understanding the process and quality control system.
- Perform metallurgical failure analysis of failed components, identify the root cause, and prepare clear concise engineering document using metallurgical findings.
- Performed material analyses and complex failure investigations, recommending corrective action to improve product life and quality.
- Provide technical support to various departments in metallurgy-related activities.
- Familiar with the welding, connection, and testing technology of liquid cooling products, with strong hands-on ability
- Received lean manufacturing or 6sigma system training, in-depth understanding and practical experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods.
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.
- Fluent English communication, positive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a certain ability to withstand stress.
- Good inter-departmental and cross-departmental coordination and teamwork skills.
