Process Engineer

Postion: PIE-Liquid Cooling System

Responsibilities:

1. Responsibility includes process formulation, product trial production verification, production data collection and analysis, failure analysis and prevention, production efficiency and capacity improvement.

2. Perform failure analysis of failed components, identify the root cause, and prepare clear concise engineering document using metallurgical findings.

3. Use IE methods and tools to guide workshops to implement on-site improvement projects, promote standardization and continuous improvement of production processes, and promote regional production efficiency.

CDU product process control

1. Create SOP for CDU manufacture include:

- Pipework assembly

- Sheetmetal assembly

- Electrical assembly

- Unit pressure test

- Electrical test

- Unit operation test

2. Training manufacture process and monitoring

Manifold product process control

1. Manage welding process

- TIG welding

- Laser welding

- Helium test

- Cleanliness and drying

2. Training manufacture process and monitoring

Qualifications

1. Bachelor+ degree

2. 3+ yrs working experience in process control

3. Understand product manufacture process

4. Familiar with SOP create

5. Familiar with stainless steel tube welding

6. Good communication and training skill

7. Understand the process and quality control system

8. Received lean manufacturing or 6sigma system training, in-depth understanding and practical experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods

9. Good at MS Office

10. Language: English, Chinese is prefered
