Primary Purpose
Lead the establishment and optimization of process platforms to support product manufacturing. Analyze and resolve process anomalies to ensure product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in overseas training and implement product/process transfer locally, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and production readiness.
- Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and standardize procedures.
- Stabilize and enhance the quality and efficiency of assigned process steps.
- Train employees on relevant processes and assess their qualifications for specific roles.
- Develop and maintain accurate process documentation.
- Collaborate with product engineers to improve product-related processes and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze non-conforming or scrapped products caused by process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Scope
Support the development and improvement of new and existing products to meet or exceed customer expectations. Assist the manager in driving projects that contribute to revenue growth for the business unit.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 2 years in engineering or process-related roles
- Preferred: Experience in electronics or optical communication industry
Skills & Abilities:
- Required:
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication skills; proficient in PPT, Word, Excel
- Excellent communication, logical thinking, and positive attitude
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of optical or electrical systems
- Familiarity with QA analysis tools
- Six Sigma and lean manufacturing experience
