Be responsible for the mass production introduction, transfer production introduction, and introduction of mass production changes of products, ensuring production and delivery.
Be responsible for the mass production maintenance of manufacturing processes and handling of abnormal situations. Organize and implement process improvement projects to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement.
Be responsible for collecting and analyzing production data, preparing process analysis reports, and putting forward improvement suggestions.
Work closely with departments such as R&D and quality to promote process optimization and improvement.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as mechanical engineering, automation, and materials engineering.
Work Experience: With more than 3 years of relevant work experience in process engineering, and those with a background in the manufacturing industry are preferred.
Professional Skills: Be familiar with process design and optimization methods, and master commonly used process analysis tools and techniques, such as DOE (Design of Experiments), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), etc.
Computer Skills: Be proficient in using office software and process design-related software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
Personal Qualities: Have strong stress resistance, communication and coordination abilities, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
