Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Cell Manager Pre Press & Printing who will coordinate all other functions in factory to plan, organize and control production in overall operations/ specific process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
This position will be based in Binh Duong factory
What You Will Do
As a Process Cell Manager Pre Press & Printing you will:
- Be responsible for the operation of production line.
- Manage the results of production key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
- Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line
- Manage team and employee development
- WCM Activities in the Factory
- Follow and promote safety norms and standards
Profile Description
We believe you have
- At least 5-6 years experience at managing production or a technical area or a small team.
- Strong TPM or WCM experience and mechanical background.
- Basic Knowledge of Tetra Pak production processes With multi-process experience will be an added advantage
