Job summary:

We're looking for aProcess and Product ManagementSenior Engineeringto join our Process and Product Managementteam.You will ensure compliance, stable operation, and efficiency of humanoid robot development systems and processes. You will be responsible systematize processes, regulations, work instruction and audit. Optimize processes to enhance performance and work efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevanteducationandexperience

• A university degree in Engineering or related fields
• 3 -5years experience in process management and system operations
• Having technical change management skills
• Having the background in R&D process
• Experience and knowledge of ISO and JIRA systems
• V Model backgroundis plus
• Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork/cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed
• Report and escalate skills

JOBDESCRIPTION

• Develop, update, and manage end-to-end product development processes
• Develop the concept design and drive process improvements to enhance quality and shorten product development timelines
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve standards, processes, and guidelines
• Control and manage the full product lifecycle, including development, production, continuous improvement, and product phase-out
• Evaluate and optimize processes to reduce costs while improving quality and productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA/QC on product changes, improvement initiatives, and process updates
• Define, align, and communicate roles and responsibilities across departments using the RASIC framework
