Manage and grow a portfolio of Privilege / HNW clients in accordance with the bank's service standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing tailored financial advice and premium customer experience.
Identify clients financial needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, including deposits, loans, wealth management, insurance, and investment products.
Actively acquire new Privilege clients through referrals, networking, and internal leads.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards.
Monitor client portfolios, market trends, and proactively provide timely financial solutions.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Wealth, Credit, Operations, Compliance) to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 25 years of experience in Relationship Management, Priority/Privilege Banking, or Wealth Management.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products, wealth management, and financial planning.
Proven ability to manage HNW clients and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Professional certifications (e.g. CFP, CFA advantage).
