Role SummaryThe Private Banker is responsible for delivering holistic wealth management solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) clients through tailored financial advisory and investment strategies.
This role focuses on deepening client relationships, optimizing portfolio performance, and providing bespoke financial solutions aligned with clients long-term wealth preservation and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted financial advisor
- Design and implement customized financial plans, including investment, insurance, and wealth structuring solutions
- Provide strategic asset allocation recommendations based on clients risk appetite, financial goals, and market conditions
- Actively monitor and manage investment portfolios to optimize performance and mitigate risks
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across banking, investment, and insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive engagement and superior client service
- Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic developments, and financial products to provide timely insights
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 37 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Priority Banking (depending on seniority level)
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial Planning
- Investment Advisory
- Asset Allocation
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management solutions
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP are highly preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
