We are seeking a motivated Intern with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in data privacy and system assessment to support our Privacy Solutions function.
Responsibilities
A. Internal IT & System Support
- Assist in initially coordinating with external IT service providers for daily operational needs as requested by line manager.
- Provide first-level support for internal tools and applications (account access, simple troubleshooting, documentation updates).
B. Client Privacy Project Support
- Research on Privacy Solutions related to system design, key controls for assessment, and data flow documentation. Assist in preparing draft systems or technical parts under related reports, presentation slides, and project tracking tasks.
- Translate key documentation or information system or technical parts assigned by line manage.
- Perform project-related tasks assigned by line managers.
Qualifications & Skill
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fundamental understanding of how information systems operate.
- Interest in the intersection of technology, data privacy, and governance with willingness to learn essential data and privacy foundations.
- Good English reading comprehension for technical and report-writing content.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive working attitude.
- Able to commit at least 24 hours/week and fully onsite for a duration of 6 months.
