Responsibilities
- Lead or support privacy technology and automation workstreams on a project basis.
- Design, develop, and enhance internal privacy tools, automation solutions, and governance platforms.
- Translate privacy, regulatory, and operational requirements into product specifications and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with DPOs, Data Officer Operations, Legal teams to develop technology-enabled privacy solutions.
- Support the implementation of workflow automation for ROP, DPIA, OTIA, DSRs, incident management, and compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, governance reports, and solution roadmaps.
- Research emerging technologies, AI governance, and privacy-enhancing technologies to support innovation initiatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications & Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, AIGP, Product Management, Agile, or equivalent are advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Design, Technology Consulting, or related fields.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with technology environments, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and SaaS applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with privacy, legal, IT, security, and business teams.
- Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, AI governance, or technology compliance is an advantage.
