About this role:
This role is designed for candidates at an early stage of their career who are interested in developing expertise in privacy operations, data privacy project and tech regulatory implementation, working closely with DPO and project team across multiple client engagements.
This role is positioned within our framework and delivery model, with a focus on operational execution and governance support from Privacy Office (Vn Phng Bo V D Liu), rather than administrative or statutory DPO duties.
I. Responsibilities
- Support the operational implementation of privacy and data protection activities at office level and across client projects
- Support the intake, tracking and coordination of professional communication from regulatory procedure and client engagements
- Assist in maintaining and updating core documentation of Data & Tech Projects.
- Prepare governance papers, key updates, summaries and operational reports assigned
- Support internal and client-facing coordination activities, including meetings, workshops and training sessions, where required
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
II. Qualifications & Skill
- Fresh graduate or 1-year experience with educational background from Risk Management, Business Administration, IT Fundamentals, Law, Governance or related domains
- Basic understanding of personal data protection or privacy governance concepts is a plus
- Familiar with application of AI, Excel, Word, SharePoint and project communication tools
- Risk-oriented mindset and strong attention to details, ability to manage documentation at office and project levels.
