- Priority Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Priority Banking / affluent clients.
- Provide personalized financial advisory services including investment, wealth management, insurance, and lending solutions.
- Identify clients financial goals and recommend suitable banking and investment products.
- Proactively acquire new affluent customers through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to deepen wallet share and increase assets under management (AUM).
- Collaborate with internal specialists such as investment advisors, mortgage specialists, and insurance partners to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Private Banking Relationship Manager (AUM > 25 Billion VND)
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Provide comprehensive wealth management advisory, including portfolio management, investments, trust planning, and estate planning solutions.
- Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) by acquiring new HNW clients and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with investment specialists, product teams, and external partners to deliver tailored wealth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and proactively advise clients on investment opportunities.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Location: Hanoi
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management.
- Strong network of HNW/UHNW clients preferred.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets, investment products, and portfolio advisory.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
