Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Process Technical Expert

- Position: PCB Process Technical (Manager level or above).

- Location & Work Site: HCMC

- Industry Focus: High-tech PCB Manufacturing.

- Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 10 years of PCB process engineering experience

- Technical Scope: Strong hands-on expertise across both dry and wet PCB manufacturing processes.

- Primary Initial Focus: Lead technical training, technology transfer, and engineering capability development for local teams.

- Standardization: Develop and standardize SOPs, process control standards, and technical guidelines.

- Coaching & Mentoring: Coach local engineers on defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Ramp-up Support: Support process setup, qualification, and stabilization during production ramp-up.

- Yield Optimization: Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and overall process capability enhancement.

- Troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of complex, cross-process manufacturing defects and issues.

- NPI Support: Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and mass-production readiness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Equipment departments.
