Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently, as this role covers the Vietnam business, and requires working with Vietnamese clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with online advertising or ad monetization solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and AdTech, with knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Experience with automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivot tables, software, databases, etc.).
- Experience building relationships with C-level.
- Experience managing business pipelines.
- Experience within Gaming.
- Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex business problems and to deliver impact against concrete business goals, and be self-initiative and detail-oriented.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will provide innovative, industry-leading business generation and platform solutions for Vietnamese developers and publishers, proactively identify new opportunities, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Develop valuable new business partnerships with gaming/utility/app developers/publishers and help to grow their businesses
- Design, build and launch new vertical narratives in the Vietnamese markets
- Identify business and product opportunities via data-driven analysis to expand Google's platform and business growth
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners in Vietnam helping them drive long-term sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction with Google's suite of display and mobile ad solutions
- Develop executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and providing exceptional customer support
- Keep customers up-to-date on various Google products, features, and optimizations
- Work with a variety of teams at Google to ensure your publisher partners have access to the resources they need to succeed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues; work closely with colleagues on Account Management teams to deliver seamless partner handovers
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Drive important new and existing partnerships and enable Apps, Gaming developers and content publishers to grow their businesses using our business generation solutions via the AdMob platform.
- Focus on existing Apps, Utility and Gaming verticals transitioning in a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing industry landscape that will call for creativity and thought leadership to enable business transformation.
- Ensure to exceed expectations and strengthen long-term partner relationships, as many of the largest app/gaming developers and content publishers rely on our products.
