Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Structure Management
- Review, advise, and propose adjustments to organizational structures and job descriptions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Consolidate and standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) across the Group
- Establish and manage a centralized JD repository to ensure clarity, continuous updates, and easy reference for HR activities
- Lead the review and development of Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) frameworks across the Group to ensure clear accountability and minimize overlaps between functions
- Participate in or lead organizational effectiveness and optimization projects
2. Talent Development
- Maintain, update, and standardize the Company's Leadership Competency Framework and integrate it into relevant HR processes
- Advise Business Leaders and HRBPs on establishing and standardizing functional competency frameworks
- Design assessment tools and plan periodic and ad-hoc capability evaluations
- Identify high-potential talent pools and collaborate on retention and development programs
- Propose and implement targeted capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational needs
3. Performance Management
- Plan and implement enterprise-wide goal setting and individual performance evaluation processes
- Review and assess the effectiveness of performance management policies and systems, recommending improvements aligned with evolving business strategy
- Participate in digital transformation projects to upgrade performance management platforms and enhance user experience
4. Team Management & Development
- Lead and allocate resources to ensure achievement of departmental objectives
- Provide coaching and professional development for team members
- Foster an engaged work environment that encourages proactivity, innovation, and continuous improvement in HR processes
5. Other Duties
