The ideal candidate:
- A recognized teaching qualification and a Master&aposs degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in school leadership (Principal, Head of School, or similar roles).
- Must be a UK-qualified educator with senior leadership experience.
- Strong background in the British curriculum, particularly IGCSEs and A Levels.
- Prior experience with the Oxford International Curriculum (OIC) and Oxford AQA is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse teaching and administrative team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a passion for developing student potential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and the wider school community.
- Culturally adaptable, open-minded, and respectful of diverse backgrounds.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to lead change, drive innovation, and inspire continuous improvement.
- Commitment to student well-being, staff development, and inclusive leadership practices.
