Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- 9+ years of relevant testing experience in optical modules, priority given to those familiar with the testing process of optical communication products, Experience in 800G/1.6T optical module testing is preferred
- Experience in optical module production yield improvement and test process optimization projects, able to independently lead the implementation of improvement projects.
- Mature fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills Small team management/leadership experience is mandatory, able to lead local test team.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Automation or other related majors
Skills
- Experience in well-developed fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills.
- Experience in methodisation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to use English/ Chinese for Business Communication
