1Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and organizing work within one or more assigned functional areas, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Advise and review proposals and regulatory matters under the authority of the Board of Members (BoM), President/Vice President of the BoM, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including corporate governance mechanisms and policies.
- Develop internal regulations related to corporate governance, executive support, and secretarial functions.
- Finalize, communicate, and monitor the implementation of resolutions, directives, and conclusions issued by the BoM, Chairman/Vice Chairman, CEO, and Committees/Councils.
- Translate documents upon request from the BoM/CEO and interpret in meetings involving the BoM, CEO, Executive Committee, and other internal committees or councils.
- Support the operation of assigned Committees/Councils, including:
- (i) Coordinating schedules and providing secretarial support for BoM, CEO, and Committee meetings;
- (ii) Receiving, circulating, and tracking reports and documents for approval;
- (iii) Managing documentation and records at the BoM/CEO level.
- Serve as the main liaison point for:
- (i) Receiving, processing, and reporting on requests from the Companys Owner, both regularly and ad hoc;
- (ii) Receiving and distributing information from relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and operate software systems supporting secretarial, assistant, and translation/interpreting functions.
Other Duties
- Implement action plans and fulfill assigned KPIs/OKRs.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations of Mcredit and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities.
- Actively participate in learning and development programs.
- Undertake additional assignments delegated by the BoM, Supervisory Board, Executive Committee, unit leaders, or cross-functional Agile teams/projects.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree or higher (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).
- Relevant majors include: Law (Corporate, Economic, International), Economics, Finance Banking, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Journalism, Brand Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Professional Certificates (preferred):
- Corporate Secretary, Journalism, Reporting, or Marketing certifications.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Management Experience:
- Experience in people or function management is a plus.
- Language Proficiency:
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 500 or higher (or equivalent certifications).
