Principal AI Architect & Strategic Leader

We are seeking a high-caliber Principal AI Architect to serve as a strategic and technological force multiplier for the CEO. This is a senior-tier appointment for a builder who treats business as a game of math and execution. You will not be a cog in the machine; you will be the chief architect of our operational roadmap, leveraging Claude and specialized AI to interrogate our P&L, identify operational leaks, and bridge them through rigorous automation across our CX and Supply Chain.

• AI Implementation: A documented history of executing AI projects with measurable ROI. You don't just build; you optimize for scaling and fiscal health.
• Fiscal Intelligence: You can look at Microsoft Business Central reports, identify where we are losing margin in the warehouse or shipping, and build the AI solution to fix it.
• Anticipatory Instinct: You don't wait for a ticket. You forecast bottlenecks in Adobe Commerce or Shipworks before they impact the bottom line.
• Hands-on Execution: The first 12 months are intensely in the code. If your recent experience is purely people management, this is not the role for you.

1. Intelligent CX Automation (Zendesk & Dialpad): Architecting a Reasoning Layer using Claude to automate tier-1 and tier-2 support. This isn't just a chatbot; it's an agent capable of performing deep-link actions like issuing refunds or modifying orders by pulling data from Magento and Business Central.
2. Commerce Logic (Adobe Commerce / Magento): Leveraging AI to optimize the Golden Image of our product data, automating catalog management, and using predictive modeling to reduce cart abandonment and overstock.
3. ERP & Fiscal Automation (Business Central): Architecting AI workers that reconcile data and identify financial discrepancies. You will turn our ERP into a proactive growth engine.
4. Logistics & RPA Orchestration (Shipworks & UIPath): Bridging our communication and RPA layers. You will use AI to provide the brain for UIPath robots, allowing them to handle unstructured data (like messy vendor PDFs) that traditional RPA cannot.

• AI Models: Deep mastery of Anthropic's Claude (3.5/3.7) for complex reasoning and high-context processing.
• E-commerce/ERP:Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), Microsoft Business Central, and Shipworks.
• CX Stack:Zendesk API (SunCo experience is a plus) and Dialpad (transcription/sentiment analysis).
• Automation:UIPath (AI Center), Python, SQL, and PHP (for Magento-level logic).
