Prevention Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly process equipment maintenance/line layout
2. Preventive maintenance for assembly manufacturing machine
3. Regular equipment preventive maintenance/equipment history control
4. Equipment part management and equipment calibration
5. Local maintenance training
6. Optimize work efficiency through process improvement.
7. Automation improvement

Requirements

1.Educational background:

• College or university degree in automation, mechanical or electronics engineering

2. Experiences:

• More than 3 years of experience in electronics machine & maintenance
• Preference for EMS experience

3. Skills:

• English skill(speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory.
• Understanding of production line equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of CAD
• Preference of knowledge for assembly equipment: WBG, WS, DA, WB, MD, LM, SBA, PKG SAW, BIS, etc.
