Collaborate with Sales team during the pre-sales phase of projects.
Conduct customer requirement hearings and clarify business/technical needs.
Research and create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Prepare project estimations and planning in collaboration with the offshore development team.
Deliver presentations and technical explanations to customers.
Provide support to the Delivery team at the project kick-off phase (when required).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE/PM for the Japanese market across various IT fields (web development, mobile apps, system development, cloud, etc.).
Experience in making Requirement (要件定義) with SI & End-user customers.
Experience in making proposals and estimations working with offshore team.
Japanese proficiency N2–N1, fluent in speaking, with the ability to support Sales and Delivery teams.
Capable of communicating with customers in both business and technical aspects.
Experience in one or more domains such as Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail.
Strong interpersonal skills: active listener, cheerful personality, and effective team player.
Ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
