Presales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, conducting product demonstrations, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and providing consulting and technical support during the sales process. The Presales Specialist will work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and develop suitable solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Experience in Consulting and Presales to support sales teams with the technical expertise required for closing deals
• A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in IT solutions, software, or a similar industry is a plus
