Job Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

Presales & Pricing

- Develop business proposals, build cost/pricing models, and act as the primary contact for client project inquiries.

- Contract Management: Manage the contracting process, track proposals to closure, and maintain the change request log.

- Project Controlling: Execute monthly measurements and analytics, track defined actions, and ensure seamless handoffs to the Operations team.

- Customer Relations: Manage the customer feedback process, build trust with international clients, and ensure high satisfaction.

Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts (within +/- 10% of actuals).

RESPONOBILITIES:

1. Proposal & Presales Management

- Receive, coordinate, and clarify client project inquiries.

- Compile technical specifications from clients, production, and IT to propose the best solutions.

- Position offers through cost modeling, service agreements, and change control notes.

- Own the presale process, manage templates

2. Contract & Pipeline Tracking

- Obtain necessary legal signatures and ensure contracts are signed before operational kickoff.

- Track proposals, contracts, and Change Control Notes (CCN), alerting supervisors of impending expirations or overdue opportunities.

- Maintain updated contracts and change request logs.

3. Project Control & Reporting

- Execute monthly project controlling, analytics, and action tracking.

- Deliver on-time revenue/volume forecasts aligned closely with actuals.

- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Department (HOD).

4. Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction

- Collaborate daily with Client & Service managers to build strong internal and external relationships.

- Cross-department coordination throughout the approval process and the first 3 months of operational streams.

- Own and improve the customer feedback handling process

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

*** Education: University Degree (or above) in Business Management or related fields

Certifications(nice to have): PMO / Project Management and Controlling.

*** Experience: At least 1-2 year in Bid Management, controlling or Business analysis.

*** Hard Skills: Advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and excellent PowerPoint presentation abilities. Sales acumen is required.

*** Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.

*** Work Style: Detail-oriented with big-picture problem-solving capabilities. Dynamic, assertive, and driven toward continuous improvement.

*** Interpersonal: Active listener with a strong ability to share information and communicate effectively.
