Role Summary
- The Pre-sales Engineer will support the BDM (Senior Sales Manager- Vietnam Hospitality market) in developing, proposing, and presenting technical solutions for hospitality projects in Vietnam, including hotels, resorts & serviced apartment (condotel)
- This position serves as a key technical interface between sales, factory technical teams, customers, especially MEP & ID consultants to spec in Legrand solutions, ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound,
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule with customers, focus on consultants & Legrand system integrators, support well BDM to expand the market
Role Responsibilities
Technical & Solution Support
- Analyze technical requirements and specifications of hospitality projects.
- Propose appropriate system solutions, with priority given to experience in: Room Control Units (RCU) / Smart Hotel solutions / ICT / ELV systems Related MEP or building control systems
- Prepare technical documents including concept drawings, system architecture, BOM, and technical datasheets.
- Coordinate with factory or manufacturer technical teams to clarify specifications, system design, and feasibility.
Sales & Project Support
- Support the sales team in technical presentations to owners, consultants, and contractors.
- Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and tender clarification sessions.
- Conduct technical comparisons with competitors when required.
- Follow projects from design stage through solution finalization.
- Communication & Coordination Communicate directly in English with factory engineers and overseas technical teams via email, online meetings, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure project alignment and timelines. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues logically and systematically.

- Ability to communicate directly and effectively with factory technical teams and partners.
- Capable of preparing emails and technical documents in English clearly and professionally
