Presales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical support and collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-sale technology assessments, delivering product demonstrations, and offering post-sale technical training and support. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will also assist the sales team in addressing customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and client engagement
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, hybrid-cloud environments, and digital transformation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
